We are offering for rent a small 1 - 2 bedroom apartment at #60 Rue Vieille du Temple in the Maris (3rd arrondissement) near its junction with the rue des Francs-Bourgeois, one of the most exciting shopping streets of Paris. The area has a wonderful selection of restaurants and cafés with food shops and delicatessens nearby in the rue Rambuteau. The nearest metro stations are Rambuteau by the Pompidou Centre museum or Hôtel de Ville. The Seine, Chatelet and Notre Dame are a short walk away.

The apartment is on the first (European) floor, up a single flight of stairs. There is also a brand new elevator. It has just been fully renovated and has a small lounge with open plan kitchen, a separate small lounge/bedroom with sliding doors leading to the main bedroom. There is also a separate access to the bedroom direct from the lounge. The bathroom has an extra large size shower with a basin and wc. Heating for the whole apartment is by modern electric radiators.

The kitchen is equipped with a four burner electric stove, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and combination clothes washer/dryer. There is a coffee maker and electric toaster. The furnishing of the apartment is of a high standard with elegant items of good quality furniture paintings and other artwork and a special convertible bed in the second lounge/ bedroom which either makes a queen size double or two singles as well as being a comfortable sofa. The main bedroom has a top quality queen size bed with excellent mattress, pillows are non-allergenic. There are 2 bedside tables.

It is equipped with telephone, high-speed internet connection, a flat-screen TV, and DVD player. It has a CD player, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, alarm clock as well as all crockery, glassware, cutlery, pans and utensils. All sheets, bedding and towels are provided together with a starter supply of orange juice, water and milk. Real and instant coffee, tea, milk, sugar, salt pepper toilet paper etc are also supplied.

The nightly rate is US$230 with discounts for stays of over 10 nights. We provide weekly linen service; and local telephone calls are included. We ask for a 50% deposit which is returnable if you have to cancel at any time up to one month before your stay commences.

Check in/out policy: Apartments are normally available from early morning except when another client is checking out on the same day. Please inform us as soon as possible of your arrival and departure times and we will do everything possible to make things go smoothly. Check out is normally by 10.00 on the day of departure, but where possible we are flexible. This is a NO SMOKING apartment.
